Polyrhythms 2:3 and 3:2
Procedures
- Practice parts separately first
- Tap top part with R.H. with pen or pencil on hard surface
- Tap bottom part with L.H.
- Practice slowly at first and then gradually work up to faster
tempo
- Practice with metronome
- Mark beats if you are not certain where they are
- Recite background rhythm until really secure (one-and-two-and-three-and,
etc)
